I am for once immersed in actual writing and I don’t have a long post today, but I do have some stuff to send out later in the week if you miss me, and especially if you don’t. In the meantime this is an above average time to get comics from the world so I just wanna pop my head up to share some stuff I’ve read recently that I’m excited about:
My friend Mike has the 2nd part of his new One Man Gang series out and it’s what I’ve been craving from him for years, just pure dynamic action, masterful cartooning, the bombast and surprise you get when you find out your favorite Batman artist is secretly Puerto Rican.
When he’s not fighting deadlines, our boy Miguel is brutalizing the page. If you’ve been following Mike as long as I have, you should turn around immediately, he is extremely dangerous. But you’ll love the evolution of his craft in this new book.

Jason Latour has put out his first new work in a few years and it’s an absolutely stunning book, it is as wild and silly as it is ambitious and deeply personal. It made its goal in like 20 minutes, which made me very angry

Last but not least Rick and Sean, (Ricky and Seany I call them at Thanksgiving, to my family who have no idea who or what I’m talking about) have put out an artist proof of their lunatic cyberpunk behemoth Tokyo Ghost, a giant reproduction of the book in black and white.

If you like Tokyo or Ghosts, you should get all these books, they’ll be an important currency in the coming apocalypse.
I’ll be back soon to talk and visit with you again. Stay safe,

Thank you so much, my dude! I appreciate you immensely 😊🙏🏽
What Mike said! Your kingdom may be tiny and filled with deadly cats, but you rule it. And in general. Thanks, man.
